Biography
Sebastian works as Assistant Professor of Healthcare Operations Research at the University of Twente in the Netherlands. He was part of PenCHORD until August 2017 and re-joined the group as an Honorary Associate in 2020.
His research focuses on decision support in healthcare using quantitative modelling approaches. Predominantly, he works on operating room planning, process management to improve patient flow, and overcoming the barriers of siloed planning in healthcare.
