Biography
Ben is a data scientist at Somerset NHS Foundation Trust with a particular focus on forecasting and simulation modelling. He’s been involved in different aspects of the health service, including emergency care; but has a particular interest in elective planning.
Ben has spent time with colleagues in his organisation on research projects and been involved in the use and implementation of a number of tools developed within PenCHORD. His aim is to utilise his programming, statistical and NHS background to be involved with, and positively impact, healthcare research.
