Engager II Programme Manager

Kath Maguire

I am the Programme Manager for Engager II, an NIHR funded project that aims to develop and evaluate an intervention for prisoners with common mental health problems. The intervention aims to engage prisoners nearing the end of their sentence and follow them though out into the community. A range of qualitative methods will be used to inform he development of the intervention to ensure it address the most relevant needs of prisoners in a manner that maximises prisoner engagement. In addition to my project management role, I will play a lead role in identifying the most pertinent outcome domains and developing a core set of outcomes to measure these domains.
