Making Sense of Health Research Annual Conference
Friday 1st November, Buckfast Abbey Conference Centre

At PenARC we believe that better health care can be provided to patients by making decisions that are based on evidence. During this event our expert tutors will help you to discover how to use evidence to make effective health and social care decisions.

Workshops include:

Introduction to Diagnostics, Tracking Down the Evidence, an Introduction to Qualitative Research, Critical Appraisal of a Randomised Control Trial, Critical Appraisal of a Systematic Review & SHERPA (a new model for applying Evidence Based Practice in the context of multimorbidity).

A programme is available on the registration page below.

More information on the individual workshops can be found on our website. More information on the SHERPA session can be found here.

HSMA Taster Session

*Please note that due to unforeseen circumstances the HSMA taster session workshop will not take place this year. More information on the Health Service Modelling programme can be found via the link below and we hope to run the session at an event in the near future, thank you for your understanding.

We look forward to seeing you there!
